We are looking for a skilled and passionate Practice Nurse to join a trusted practice in the Warrington area on a part-time permanent basis (2-3 days per week). The surgery is offering a competitive salary, Band 6-7, negotiable based on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local Practice Nurse eager to be part of a dedicated team that focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a Primary Care setting. The surgery cares for approximately 8,000 patients and is a teaching practice, welcoming students from multiple universities. It offers ample free on-site parking and is conveniently located near the M56, providing easy access to both Warrington and Manchester.
In this role, you will lead a small team of Nursing Associates and HCAs, so experience with QoF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) is essential.
Skills needed:
- Experience in Primary Care
- Cytology
- Baby/Travel Immunisations
- Chronic Disease Management: Asthma and Diabetes
