An immediate requirement has come up for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Nationally based client for a period of 12 months, with the potential of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Supporting the business through a period of change including acquisitions and operating model changes, you will work closely with the SMT and HR team. This is a generalist role but with an emphasis on M&A, TUPE and project work.
This role will suit a proactive and highly credible HR professional who has the confidence and ability to liaise at all levels and build quick and strong relationship with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a commercial and forward thinking organisation; possess strong M&A and TUPE capability and demonstrate the ability to operate in a sometimes demanding and ever-changing environment.
Coming from blue collar/retail/logistics background, you will be a seasoned HR Business Partner who is up for a challenge in a fast paced, highly commercial business and will be able to start at short notice.
You will be based 1-2 days out of the Manchester office and salary on offer is c£60,000 + Bonus plus generous pension contribution.
