Job Description:

Working for one of the UK's leading professional services providers we have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an ambitious and confident HR Data Analyst to based in either Bristol or Manchester. We are looking for someone with experience in HR reporting and analysis, with a passion about data and its role in supporting People Strategies through data-driven insights and reporting. As an HR Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of HR data and reporting processes to support strategic goals. You will:

  • Conduct regular data audits and cleansing to ensure accurate, consistent, and complete people data across HR systems.
  • Develop tailored reports and dashboards using business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Run and deliver weekly and monthly HR reports based on business specifications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and timeliness.
  • Assist in the implementation of system improvements to enhance reporting and the user experience.
  • Provide training to HR and other system users to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in HR data and reporting, particularly with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, power queries, formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate and present data effectively to different audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Whilst not essential, exposure of Power BI, and / or Business Objects is highly sought after.
