Join our team as a Resourcing Business Partner, where you will manage the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring that resourcing outputs meet client expectations and that our commercial goals are achieved. You will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction, contract performance, and identifying new opportunities for income growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Own the delivery of Managed Services for key clients, directly or through coordination with Reed or third-tier supplier teams.
- Partner with key stakeholders within the client business, taking accountability for high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Oversee the delivery of recruitment services according to best practice guidelines and market-leading principles, including manpower planning, attraction strategy design and delivery, and more.
- Ensure seamless integration of activities managed on-site at the client premises with outputs from dedicated client teams based off-site.
- Act as the first point of contact for the resolution of any issues within the delivery of the Managed Service.
- Maintain world-class client relationships up to senior management level and identify business development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Understanding of recruitment services and best practices.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- Confident presentation skills and experience with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good coordination skills
