Our client is seeking a Temporary People & Culture Business Partner (c.3 months) to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers an attractive day rate of £300 - £350 per day and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will provide advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers, fostering employee engagement and delivering on global strategies. This role is pivotal in managing various HR activities, implementing policies, resolving complex employee relation issues, and driving strategic projects
What you'll do:
As a Temporary People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and enhancing employee engagement. You will be responsible for consulting with business leaders to foster the engagement of core values at all levels. Your role will involve managing the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities covering multiple areas of HR. You will act as a point of contact for all leadership and employees for people & culture matters in the UK. Your responsibilities will also include implementing, managing and monitoring People & Culture policies and delivering training on these policies.
- Consult with business leaders to promote core values at all levels
- Manage the delivery of generalist people & culture activities
- Provide strategic advice for leadership and employees on people & culture matters
- Implement and manage People & Culture policies and deliver training on these policies
- Assist management in resolving complex employee relation issues
- Deliver People & Culture project outcomes in areas such as onboarding & offboarding, leadership development, performance management, analytics, reporting and payroll
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Temporary People & Culture Business Partner position will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR. You should hold a CIPD Level 5 in People Management or an equivalent qualification. A proven track record in a senior generalist HR or HRBP role is essential for this position. You should have strong stakeholder engagement skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this role. Additionally, being computer literate and technology-minded will be beneficial.
- CIPD Level 5 in People Management
- Degree level or equivalent qualification
- Proven work experience in a senior generalist HR or HRBP role
