Greater Manchester Mental Health are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join their Community Mental Health Team, managing a defined caseload within the Later Life Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients using evidence-based, person-centred assessments.
  • Provide holistic, recovery-based interventions focused on assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and recording progress in line with clinical pathways (Functional or Dementia OT Pathways).
  • Work closely with the supportive team, receiving peer support from the Band 6 Occupational Therapist in the same Later Life CMHT.
  • Collaborate with the Later Life Leadership Team and benefit from monthly and ad-hoc clinical supervision with the Band 7 Occupational Therapist.
