Your new companyAn infrastructure support services company is looking to recruit a temporary administrator till September. They are based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre but will require the successful candidate to work 1 day a week from their offices in Huddersfield.Your new role

  • You will be managing the weekly process of ordering labour resources and amending orders.
  • Ensuring orders for labour supplies are actioned promptly and in time for the next week, in line with agreed rosters.
  • Updating and reviewing subcontractor's timesheets, rates and any supporting documents. Challenging any discrepancies and managing the tracker ensuring payments are made.
  • You will need to keep detailed records on Sharepoint.
  • Actioning any cost reallocations requested by the wider team
  • Processing purchase order values in line with expected spends

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial, so you can hit the ground running.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience of working under minimal supervision
  • Experience of following processes to deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills, including Excel
  • Experience of resource ordering
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work 4 days in the Manchester office and 1 day in the Huddersfield office (train booked via the company)
