Office Manager - Manchester - £13,000 - Financial Services - Part Time - 9 Month FTC

Wise May are looking for a Office Manager to join this Manchester located Management Services business that specialises in the Infrastructure, Renewables and Real Estate sectors.

This maternity cover role offers the opportunity to work part time (20 hours) to cover office management and reception duties in this extremely friendly office.

Duties include:

• Arranging and organising client online meetings and welcoming guests upon arrival at the office.

• Assisting responsibility for operating Switchboard.

• Managing and procuring key office supplies, equipment and fixtures as required.

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.

• Make sure the reception, visitor seating, kitchen, and staff breakout areas are clean and organised.

• Assisting Directors and senior employees on ad hoc tasks, including diary/meeting management and arranging travel and accommodation.

• Organising new staff photos for all offices.

• Organising staff events such as celebrations, birthdays, leavers and joiners’ drinks.

Skills required:

• Excellent telephone manner.

• Strong organisation and time management skills.

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to build good working relationships with other members of staff.
