My client are a global firm who are looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star Customer Service to all clients.

As an Office Manager your duties will include:

  • Provide exceptional levels of Customer Service to all clients
  • Identify and implement ways to enhance the Workplace Experience
  • Consult with clients and tailor requests accordingly
  • Assist with all Facilities operations
  • Assist with conference and events requests
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders

As an Office Manager you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience providing a 5-star services to clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards would be ideal
