Manchester city centre | Part time | Office based | 20 hours per week- £13,000 per year

The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent reception and office administrative services both internally and externally while assisting in the day-today running of the office.

Day in the life:- Supporting corporate management by organising client meetings and booking meeting rooms for the employees - Serving as a first point of contact for employees assisting with general information enquiries - Keeping office areas clean including reception and kitchen - ensuring supplies are stocked weekly - Liaising with the London Office Manager in correspondence to organise office equipment - Responsible for arranging staff events and be apart of the social committee - Assisting directors and senior employees on tasks such as arranging travel/accommodation and diary management

What we want from you:- Proficient in MS Office applications - Ability to build good relationships with other members of staff - Pro-active nature with great time management skills - Outgoing and confident - Excellent telephone manner- Organised individual who has great attention to detail
