Search Manchester are excited to be working alongside an excellent company who have introduced a brand new role into their business for a Part-Time Reception & Office Administrator. This role will provide vital support to office management and general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our Manchester office. You will work across multiple areas, including finance, HR, operations, and office systems, offering a varied workday.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in office administration who is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:* Arranging and organising online meetings for clients, and greeting visitors to the office.* Booking meeting rooms for employees and external guests.* Managing office correspondence (emailing, scanning, and post).* Ordering office supplies* Replenishing stock in the kitchen* Assisting Directors and senior employees with diary management, travel, and accommodation arrangements.* Supporting with on-boarding of new starters within the business* Act as a first point of contact within the business* Supporting the organisation of staff events, such as birthdays, celebrations, and leaver's drinks.* Providing ad-hoc assistance to colleagues as needed.About You:The right candidate for this position will have the following:* Previous experience in office administration.* Possesses excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.* Is proactive, able to multitask, and works well independently.* Great communication and interpersonal skills.* Enjoys working in a busy environment.This role offers variety and exposure to different areas of the business, making it an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to expand their skillset.
