A new role has arisen for a Senior Operations Manager to join a well-known and respected law firm offering up to 70k a year! This role does require flexibility due to the nature of the role as monthly travel to all the UK offices is required.

The main responsibilities for this role would include:

  • Coordination and management of office managers across the UK offices
  • Liaising with support teams on development and implantation of new systems and processes
  • Oversight of GDPR regulations and ensuring adherence to this across the firm
  • Liaising with the marketing department on procedures, planning and support for events across the offices
  • Oversight of the operations budgets for regional offices
  • Maintaining the relationships with building management and tenants
  • Oversight of operational procedure for starters, leavers and trainees
  • Health and safety induction for all staff

For this role you would need solid operations managerial experience within a professional services environment and experience in a law firm would be desirable.

Good leadership, people management skills, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously with little supervision is ideal for this role.
