My client, a start-up, Logistics business which has achieved over 300% growth in the last 12 months are looking for a Fractional CFO to help them achieve a significant fundraise. Having just completed their first round of funding, they are now looking to raise £1.5m by March 2025. The successful candidate will be lead the investment process so experience of working in the finance function of a business that has undergone a fundraise is essential. There is scope for this role to evolve as the business expands across Europe and heads towards a potential sale. The role is fully remote but will require an initial visit to their warehouse in Manchester. The planned start for this role is January with the raise to be completed by March.
