Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a contract position in Manchester with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a pay rate of £21.20 per hour (CIS/PAYE) with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Candidates must have City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualifications, along with essential flagging experience and a full UK driving license.
The position involves various tasks such as flagging, fencing, assisting roofers, and general building work, with opportunities for overtime and a call-out rota.
This is a temporary-to-permanent role, and the successful candidate will be provided with a van and fuel card.

For the successful Multi Trader our client is offering:

£21.20 per hour (CIS/PAYE)
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Multi Trader

Working throughout Manchester
Flagging
Fencing
Assisting roofers
Basic joinery
Pointing
General building work
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a General Builder

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Flagging experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
