The Role
They are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their Registry Team. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in an administrative role, this position offers the chance to play a key role in supporting academic administration and maintaining accurate student records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student records with precision and accuracy.
- Support data entry, cleansing, and validation tasks.
- Assist with tasks related to enrolment, assessments, and graduation.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and staff, addressing inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Perform general office duties to support the Registry Team’s smooth operations.
- Manage the registry email inbox, ensuring effective communication and response.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in data administration, ideally in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
