As the TikTok Sales & Live Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the company’s TikTok strategy, managing live commerce, and acting as the host for TikTok Live sessions. You’ll also oversee the company’s TikTok shop, working closely with internal teams and influencers to create engaging content and drive sales. The role includes both remote work and live sessions from the company’s state-of-the-art studio.

Key Responsibilities…..

  • Plan and execute TikTok strategies that boost sales and increase brand awareness, using organic and paid content.
  • Be the primary host for TikTok Live sessions, interacting with customers and showcasing products in an engaging way.
  • Manage the TikTok shop, optimising product listings and launching new items.
  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to produce creative, engaging video content.
  • Analyse sales, engagement, and growth metrics to continually refine strategies.

Requirements…..

  • Minimum two years experience managing TikTok/ TikTok shop
  • Experience with live commerce such as TikTok live
  • Strong ability to engage a live audience.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with knowledge of wellness trends.
  • Experience in e-commerce and influencer marketing.
  • Able to track and report on key performance metrics.
