Payroll Administrator -6- month Temp- Perm - £24,000- Manchester city centre (2 days in the office)Axon Moore  is proud to be representing this high growth, reputable business based in Manchester City Centre, in the search of a Payroll Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years experience, is personable, hardworking & has a positive attitude. Great Flexible & Hybrid working options, with a great benefits package! This role is with the aim to go permanent, once passed the 6 month probationary period. Role and Responsibilities
  • Process 3 Monthly payrolls on to current payroll system (Iris Cascade).
  • Reporting and statutory filings (P14/P60, P11D, P45, New Starters, FPS, EPS).
  • Ensure all records are kept up to date and filing of all documents is done to agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all statutory reporting is completed to the highest standards within
legislation deadlines.
  • Processing of payroll deductions (Childcare, Pension, Union, Court Orders, GAYE, Season ticket loans etc...)
  • Completion of pension schedule and subsequent loading of pension data onto pension administrator web site and ensure compliance with Auto enrolment legislation.
  • Processing of Monthly Statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP etc…)
  • Ad Hoc reporting to both internal and external clients.
  • Assist Payroll Manager with production of company benefits and any other ad hoc queries.
Knowledge, skills and experience
  • Payroll experience (ideally end to end) 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Confidentiality at all times
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Cascade payroll (Not Essential)
