Description

The Payroll & Finance Assistant role will initially be a 3 month temporary assignment and will be full time office based in Blackley. Reporting to the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and process the payroll for all staff.
  • Update employee salary, benefit, and personal details in the payroll system.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior staff and external bodies.
  • Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are in accordance with financial regulations.
  • Respond to payroll and finance-related queries from staff.
  • Support with other finance tasks as required.

Profile
