Description
The Payroll & Finance Assistant role will initially be a 3 month temporary assignment and will be full time office based in Blackley. Reporting to the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and process the payroll for all staff.
- Update employee salary, benefit, and personal details in the payroll system.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior staff and external bodies.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all financial transactions are in accordance with financial regulations.
- Respond to payroll and finance-related queries from staff.
- Support with other finance tasks as required.
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience in running weekly/monthly payroll
- Ideally have some finance/accounts experience
- Be able to consider an immediate start temporary role
- Be able to commute to Blackley office
