Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will work as part of a team and be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers
- End-end processing of payroll
- Working with high volume and complex payrolls
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Ad hoc payroll projects
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manual calculation of payslips
- FPS and EPS submissions to HMRC
- Processing pension contributions
- Managing queries relating to pay
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years' experience processing payroll from start to finish
- Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manually calculate payments and statutory deductions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
They are 4 days in the office with 1 day work from home
