What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in the community. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments in a community setting
  • Create and implement personalised care plans for patients
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid HCPC registration
  • Experience working with community-based patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a car
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for an ongoing period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
