The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within their homes and community settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation in patients' homes and local community settings.• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including GPs, occupational therapists, and social care professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.• Provide education, advice, and support to patients and their families on managing conditions and promoting health and wellbeing.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.• Manage a varied caseload, prioritising based on clinical need.• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.What We're Looking For:• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (HCPC registration essential).• Previous experience in community physiotherapy or similar settings.• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for diverse conditions, including neurological and musculoskeletal issues.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.• Ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential due to the nature of community-based work.Benefits:• Competitive hourly rate.• Flexible working hours.• Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.• Supportive team environment.• Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community.How to Apply:If you are a qualified physiotherapist passionate about providing top-tier community care and are available for a locum position, IMC want to hear from you!
