The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of health, safety, and statutory compliance across the portfolio - with a particular focus on non-fire-related compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of all statutory and regulatory compliance documentation.

Monitor, track and update compliance schedules across a range of areas including water hygiene, gas safety, lift maintenance, and electrical compliance.

Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of inspections, servicing, and remedial works.

Assist in the coordination of audits and compliance reporting.

Support the delivery of a safe and legally compliant environment for students, staff, and visitors in line with company policies and legislative requirements.

Proactively identify and raise any compliance risks or issues and support in implementing corrective actions.
Key Requirements:

Prior experience in an administrative or compliance-focused role, ideally within a property, facilities management, or accommodation setting.

Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and non-fire compliance areas.

Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.

A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
