Compliance Manager

Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and driven Compliance Manager to join our client's evolving Compliance Team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of compliance-related issues, including assessing risks, identifying patterns, and conducting internal audits. The role also involves implementing compliance measures to ensure adherence to internal sales quality guidelines, identifying areas of non-compliance, and continuously improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the full sales process to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and internal quality guidelines.
  • Assess sales calls and sales teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Oversee the quality assessment of sales and service calls.
  • Conduct compliance investigations and identify recurring themes and trends.
  • Design, implement, and enhance compliance procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and implement compliance controls, including spot checks of websites, emails, letters, and documents.
  • Perform internal audits of sales-related processes from a compliance perspective.
  • Develop and deliver an education and engagement program through training and communication with senior management.
  • Regularly report to senior management on compliance reviews and recommended actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
