Eventus Legal are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm. This is a permanent, full-time job with the flexibility of hybrid working, based at one of the offices in Lancashire, Merseyside or Manchester. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Compliance Officer will oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance within the organisation. Duties will include:

  • Ensuring the firm complies with SRA regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Managing risk and compliance systems, including audits and reviews.
  • Providing advice and support to the team on compliance-related matters.
  • Drafting and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
  • Managing client due diligence and anti-money laundering procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in compliance within a legal or regulated environment and demonstrate the following:
