Compliance Team Leader

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Compliance Team Leader - the role will be hybrid after probation.

Will report to the Head of Compliance with a dotted line to the Head of Group Operations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE COMPLIANCE TEAM LEADER;

• Salary of c £45,000
• Annual Performance related Salary Review and Bonus
• Hybrid offering after probation - 3 days office and 2 days home
• 9.00 - 5.30 pm which can be adjusted after probation

THE ROLE THE COMPLIANCE TEAM LEADER;

• Compliance to External Factors - including Legal / Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
• Audit - including Site Audits
• Compliance to Internal Factors - including Supplier Validation and Breach Management
• People Leadership - hold 1:1’s and set Goals / Ambitions

• The ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong Excel
• Be a self starter
• Be passionate about Compliance and Regulations!!
