With our Client we are looking to appoint a Compliance Team Leader - the role will be hybrid after probation.
Will report to the Head of Compliance with a dotted line to the Head of Group Operations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE COMPLIANCE TEAM LEADER;
- Salary of c £45,000
- Annual Performance related Salary Review and Bonus
- Hybrid offering after probation - 3 days office and 2 days home
- 9.00 - 5.30 pm which can be adjusted after probation

THE ROLE THE COMPLIANCE TEAM LEADER;
- Compliance to External Factors - including Legal / Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
- Audit - including Site Audits
- Compliance to Internal Factors - including Supplier Validation and Breach Management
- People Leadership - hold 1:1’s and set Goals / Ambitions
- The ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong Excel
- Be a self starter
