SF Recruitment are currently working with a property management company based in Manchester in the recruitment of a Compliance Team Leader. This a a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business and really add value to an established team. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent eye for detail and ensure that processes are right first time. This will involve ensuring the processes are correct for client money and will be an integral part of the wider Compliance and Risk team. Applicants will ideally come from a background in regulatory, statutory, legal or a similar billing type of role and will possess the right skills to manage a team of 3 people. The successful applicant will have at least 5 years in a managerial role and seek to really make a difference in the growth and success of their peers and direct reports. 70% of the role is management and 30% is hands on compliance. Key responsibilities will revolve around HMRC compliance, statutory compliance, management compliance and audit. The role is initially in the office 5 days per week to complete training and will then move to a hybrid working pattern.
