- Conduct outbound calls to clients to gather compliance-related information.
- Perform a variety of back-office administrative duties to support compliance processes.
- Collect and collate compliance data from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Input and upload compliance data into the system once received.
- Track compliance completion within the CRM system and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any compliance discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliance processes run smoothly.
- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-related role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach to following up on compliance requirements.
