This role is crucial in ensuring compliance data is accurately collected, recorded, and maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to support compliance processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients to gather compliance-related information.
  • Perform a variety of back-office administrative duties to support compliance processes.
  • Collect and collate compliance data from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Input and upload compliance data into the system once received.
  • Track compliance completion within the CRM system and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving any compliance discrepancies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliance processes run smoothly.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-related role is preferred.
