Your new companyThis law firm has an excellent track record and continues to grow.Your new roleThis Risk & Compliance role will see you head the team and play a pivotal role. The position will see you handle all AML matters and act as the MLRO for the firm. You will ensure that the firm adheres to the SRA's Standards and Regulations. In addition, you will deal with risk management matters across the firm and manage data protection and GDPR compliance. The role will also see you implement and uphold best practice and put in place training on risk and compliance across the firm. The position will involve the management of the firm's professional indemnity insurance.What you'll need to succeedYou should be an experienced risk and compliance specialist with a proven track record who is well versed in operating at a senior level. You will have the ability to interface at all levels within the business as well as externally.
