My client is a Technical Services Management company (M&E specialists) who are looking for a skilled candidate to join them on a perm basis.

The are seeking a skilled M&E manager / Project Manager to stand in a client facing role supporting on various projects across the North West.

You will be advising the main contractor / subcontractor on the M&E package on various projects, across various sectors.

You must have a good understanding of running M&E packages - coming from either bias will do but you must have a good overview of both M&E.

The TSM company work on large scale projects up to the value of 10m. Covering fit outs, install and refurbs.

This is a hybrid working role and may include travel to multiple sites, depending on what is on the books.
