Senior CDM Coordinator/ Principal Designer

Senior CDM Coordinator/ Principal Designer required to join a well established Construction Company in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior CDM Coordinator/ Principal Designer to join a growing and successfully consultancy who have recently taken on new and exciting construction developments which have created further expansions within their team.

This role is a Senior position and you will need to be able to work to your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Willing to work mainly from the Manchester office (visits to other offices may be required)
• Holds NEBOSH Diploma (or at least NEBOSH Construction Certificate)
• Can help manage the H&S for the business in an overseeing role
• Experience managing other CDM PDs/ Advisers - small team
• Experience as CDM PD and being the client contact on a wide variety of Construction projects
• Experience producing fee proposals and controlling invoicing

UK Construction experience is essential for this role.
