This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to nurturing young learners and creating an inclusive, engaging environment for all students.About the School:* Rated GOOD by Ofsted, with a welcoming and inclusive community.* Focused on providing high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 4-11.* Excellent support from senior leadership and a strong sense of collaboration amongst staff.Key Responsibilities:* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for children in Key Stage 1 (KS1).* Support the academic, social, and emotional development of each child, ensuring their individual needs are met.* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and enriching learning environment.* Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote a love for learning.* Regularly communicate with parents/carers regarding student progress.Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * UK experience.* Experience or specialism in teaching Key Stage 1.* Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices.* A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.* Excellent classroom management skills and a positive attitude.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable:* Experience in planning and delivering phonics programs.* Familiarity with SEND strategies and inclusive education.* Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom to enhance learning.About Us: Aspire People is committed to connecting exceptional educators with rewarding teaching positions.
