Job Title: Primary TeacherLocation: Radcliffe, M26, ManchesterPay: £125-£175 per day (Dependent on Experience)Start Date: January 2025 - July 2025 (with potential extension until December 2025)
Reeson Education are excited to be working with a wonderful primary school in the Radcliffe area, Manchester, who are looking for a Primary Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive team. This is a full-time, long-term role teaching Year 2 until at least July 2024, with the strong possibility of continuing until December 2025 as part of a maternity cover.
The school is nestled in a lovely part of Radcliffe, known for its welcoming and nurturing atmosphere. It's a school where the Primary Teacher will be supported by an outstanding leadership team, dedicated staff, and motivated pupils eager to learn.
Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons to Year 2 students, following the school's curriculum
- Support students in reaching their full potential, both academically and personally
- Foster a love of learning and a positive classroom environment
- Provide clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and children
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual pupils, ensuring progress for all
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with the school's policies
- Take part in school events and professional development activities
The ideal Primary Teacher:
- Has experience teaching primary school children, ideally within Key Stage 1
- Holds a valid teaching qualification (QTS)
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality education and supporting children to achieve their best
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Has a positive, proactive approach with an excellent understanding of primary education
