Reeson Education is seeking a committed and inspiring Primary Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in the M11 area. This Primary Teacher position is to start as soon as possible and will focus on teaching pupils within the lower Key Stage 2 phase. This is a full-time, long-term Primary Teacher role, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

About the Primary Teacher Role:* The Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to a class of lower KS2 pupils.* The Primary Teacher will create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment that supports the academic and emotional development of every pupil.* The Primary Teacher will work closely with teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure each pupil receives the support they need to thrive.* The Primary Teacher will be expected to track pupil progress, contribute to assessment, and participate fully in school life.* The Primary Teacher will deliver high-quality teaching in line with the national curriculum and school policies.

The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:* Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.* Be a confident and creative Primary Teacher with strong classroom management skills.* Have experience teaching in lower Key Stage 2 or be keen to develop expertise in that phase.* Be a Primary Teacher with a flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.* Be passionate about providing inclusive, high-quality education for all pupils.* Be a Primary Teacher who is confident in differentiating for a range of abilities and needs.

Primary Teacher Requirements:* Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).* Two professional references covering the last three years.* Right to work in the UK.* A strong commitment to being a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Teacher.
