Due to high demand, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable primary teachers to join our supply team. Role Overview:As a supply primary teacher, you will have the chance to work across various schools in South Manchester, stepping in to provide cover for teachers in the absence of their usual staff. You will be responsible for delivering planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring continuity in education for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across various primary school age groups (Reception to Year 6)
  • Ensure students remain engaged and focused on their learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
  • Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of daily activities
  • Maintain a flexible approach and adapt to the needs of different schools and students

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), accepting ECTS
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willing to apply for one)
