The Role

The Product Manager role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of wealth management products. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position combines strategic vision with hands-on product development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and beyond

  • Assist in annual product reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, including Consumer Duty
  • Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Required knowledge and experience:

  • 3-5 years of Product Manager experience

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty principles and regulations
