Print Production Manager

Location:  Manchester
Salary:  £36k - £44k

Located at Trafford Park, Manchester, DCB Group Ltd is a well established manufacturer of large and small format digital and B3 litho.  We are part of the Hague Group who are a successful multi-disciplined print organisation with sites across the UK.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and effective Print Production Manager who can effectively lead and manage our print, finishing and repro functions and team members (circa 12 employees in total).  A key purpose of the role is to continually improve the financial performance of this part of our business.

  • Has already gained solid experience in a similar Print Production Manager role.
  • Experienced in process improvement identification and implementation.
  • Experienced in large and small format digital print and B3 litho.
  • Commercially astute with good decision making and problem solving ability.
  • Resilient, determined, influential, results-orientated.

A good working knowledge of Tharstens software would be beneficial as would any experience of estimating, procurement and scheduling.

Your work days will be Monday – Friday and we’ll need you to be willing and able to be flexible around your daily work hours in order to meet the demands of the role.

Salary: As well as a salary of up to £44k (subject to experience), benefits include generous annual leave of 27 days plus bank holidays.
