Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management commissions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage internal resources and client relationships.
- Support business development through bids, client retention, and securing new commissions.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
- Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction-related role.
- Strong project and financial management experience.
- Expertise in procurement routes and building contracts.
- Chartered (RICS or equivalent) or working towards.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Driving license and access to own car required.
