We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within social housing. This is a predominantly office-based role focused on operational project management rather than site management or client-facing activities.  You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in your communities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for planned maintenance and refurbishment works.

  • Unpack complex programs to identify critical tasks and dependencies.
