My client has a prestigious city centre project they require a Project Manager to deliver. They specialise in large scale luxury design and build residential projects. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background. Experience working for a main building contractor on ideally student accommodation or apartments projects with values of up to 15-20million plus. The project is around the total value of 50 million.
