Project Manager

Project Manager required for high end Hospitality fit-out contractor in the construction sector.

This role focuses on managing projects and client accounts for both existing and new business within the bar, restaurant, and hotel fit-out sector.

Projects are with blue chip clients, are very fast track and quick paced and are generally in the £1m/£2m cost bracket. Experience of managing this size of project on site would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, nurture, and manage client relationships.
Represent the company’s hospitality expertise during all client-facing engagements.
Identify and engage new clients through incoming inquiries, trade events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain in-depth market knowledge and adopt a proactive, creative approach to client engagement.
Collaborate with architects and designers on projects.
Prepare customer quotations using our internal quoting system.
Conduct site meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
Proven success in hospitality fit-out, kitchen, or bar design is advantageous, but transferable skills will be considered.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to product presentation and closing deals.
Exceptional face-to-face sales and negotiation skills.
Highly organized and disciplined in managing tasks and responsibilities.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Positive, approachable, and professional demeanor.
