My client is looking to expand their already established Real Estate team in Manchester to work on a number of exciting projects in the sector and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

They're looking for the candidates to serve as their primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis, ensuring their objectives are achieved and that projects adhere to specified timeframes, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Real Estate projects, preferably within a consultancy setting.

Role Responsibilities

  • Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.
  • Lead the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • Plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environmental issues.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
  • Advise upon the procurement of resources.
  • Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Manage the change control process.
  • Monitor and advise upon project finances.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
