Project Manager (Residential/New builds)

£45,000 - £60,000 + Monday-Friday + Onsite + Progression + Car Allowance + Company Benefits
Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background within the new-builds/residential industry looking for a technical, hands on role where you will oversee a new build project from planning to completion within a well-established company providing the opportunity to progress within the company?
This company specialise in building construction within the residential and commercial industry all across the UK. The company have been operating for over 20 years and have seen continual growth year or year. They are looking for a Project Manager with a background in new builds construction, as well as contracts management experience to oversee ongoing projects.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and management, you will be onsite overseeing the work being carried out through daily visits, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior management. You will work 7:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly to one site in Manchester.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a New build background, looking for a technical leadership role within a well-established company who offer the opportunity to progress within the role.
The Role:
- End to end project management
- Travel to site each day
- Review Drawings
- Manage site team
- Liaise with senior management and site supervisor
- 7:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Experience/knowledge within the new builds industry
The Person:
- Project Manager or similar
- New builds/Residential background
- Commutable to South Manchester
- Happy to travel - Full Driving Licence
