Are you an experienced admin professional with experience of working within construction or facilities management projects? Do you have an excellent grasp of project related finance tasks and co-ordination of project resources?
We are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are managing large scale construction and refurbishment projects throughout a public sector organisation in Manchester.
Based on site within the projects office, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to various project leads and project managers throughout the site, including finance tracking and payments, invoicing, dealing with subcontractor enquiries and payments, and maintaining all project related files and paperwork. Excellent proactive admin and organisational skills are essential for this role!
