Calibre Search are working alongside a leading & global real estate advisory firm now looking to add a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Manchester (open to Leeds as well).

You'll be part of a highly skilled and established in-house Construction Project Delivery team delivering on some major industrial shed Commercial High Rise Office/Residential block schemes working on behalf of some of the world's biggest distributors & developers across the North of England.


Ideally you will be RICS degree qualified for a number of years under your belt working via a construction consultancy or client-side role. You don't have to be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB) but the Practice encourage and support those who wish to become chartered.


Very much a position you can make your own as this sector of work is looking likely to only increase in the new year so you'll certainly play a big part in helping delivering.

Duties:

  • Assisting and leading on the day to day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects
  • Assisting other team members within the project management and QS teams
  • Undertake contact administration and dealing with Tenders
  • Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
  • Assist in the management of consultant teams
  • Assist in the management of consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract
  • Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget etc
  • Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client facing skills
  • Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of project
  • Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of project to a high standard
