- Experience in providing maintenance services to a busy, public-facing environment
- Proficiency in setting up and administering detailed record-keeping systems
- Knowledge and/or experience in managing services within a defined budget
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proven track record in property management or a related field
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and their application
- Willingness to adopt a flexible approach to work and embrace new challenges
