What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a Property Portfolio: Oversee a range of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Client and Tennant Liaison: Be the face of the business, handling queries and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address maintenance issues, coordinate with contractors, and keep everything running efficiently.
  • Tenancy Management: Handle tenancy agreements, manage deposits, and resolve disputes.
  • Keeping it Organised: Update property management systems, schedule property inspections, and keep everything in check.

What You Bring:

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in property management or lettings.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You’re always prepared to go the extra mile for clients and tenants.
  • A Positive, Can-Do Attitude: You tackle challenges head-on with integrity and reliability.
  • ARLA Qualified? Even Better! Property mark or ARLA accreditation is a plus, but not essential.
