Working as a shared ownership officer for a large social housing association, you will be providing a professional, high-quality service to current and future market rent, rent to buy, shared ownership and leasehold customers.You will be one of the main points of contact for all non-social property enquiries, providing information on new build developments, advising on legislation and processes covering leasehold, freehold, rented properties, block, and estate management.Key Responsibilities:

You will have a client-driven, initiative-taking & responsive approach, ensuring legislation, regulation, procedures, policies, and best practice to achieve high satisfaction levels.You will be an excellent communicator and able to collaborate with a wide range of external stakeholders. This is a customer-focussed role with the customer journey from initial enquiry to successful purchase/ lease being central to success.
