- Develop and run internal communications strategies.
- Liaising with staff within sites across the north-west
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on internal brand alignment.
- Manage internal communication channels and content.
- Support change management processes with effective communication plans.
- Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies.
- Organise and manage internal events.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure consistency in internal messaging.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications and Engagement Executive should have:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a relevant role.
