Additional;
- Liaison with Blue Chip Clientele, Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd party Logistics suppliers
- Shipping documentation*HAWB-MAWB-DG Notes-Letters of Credit
- Submitting Export entries/Export licences
- Dealing with special airfreight export requirements/project cargo/hazardous shipments
- Keeping Clients updated at all times with the status of their shipments.
- Handling queries, resolving issues and providing excellent customer services at all times
- Standard airfreight administration and job costing.
Additional:
Basic salary band: £28,000-£32,000.
Rewarding package to compliment and to be revealed at interview stage!
Key points;
- Two or more years experience within the Airfreight Forwarding Industry.
- Experience of HMRC procedures.
- Use of Cargowise operating system would be great advantage.
- Commercial awareness.
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and spoken).
